20-30% chance for mountain thunderstorms through early this
evening. Lightning on dry fuels may lead to easier fire starts.
Onshore flow developing late week and will bring cooler and
quieter conditions with locally breezy winds. Slow warming trend
over the weekend into next week.

potential for MVFR/IFR in isolated showers and t-storms in the
northern Sacramento Valley and mountains through around 06z
Thursday. Surface winds generally below 15 knots, with gusts up to
20 knots in any t-storm that develops. Breezy onshore flow in
Delta vicinity with gusts up to 25 knots possible.
