Issued 10:30 AM PDT 27 September 2026 Today Tonight and Monday At 10:30 a.m. PDT today quasi-stationary ridge located over northern
Vancouver Island.

At 10:30 a.m. PDT today frontal system located west of the offshore
waters.
By 9:30 p.m. PDT tonight frontal system located over Hecate Strait.

At 10:30 a.m. PDT Monday deepening low located over southern Bowie.
By 4:00 p.m. PDT Monday low located over the Central Coast.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 10:18 AM PDT 27 September 2026 An approaching frontal system will produce gale force southerly or
southwesterly winds over Bowie, and the northern waters near noon
until Monday morning.

An area of low pressure will develop over Southern Bowie Monday
morning then approach the Central Coast Monday afternoon. Its
associated cold front will produce gale force southerly winds over
Explorer, the Central Coast and parts of Vancouver Island beginning
Monday morning.
