Issued 3:46 AM PDT 6 October 2024 A nearly stationary front over the Central Coast is generating a
swath too long of southerly gales over Eastern Queen Charlotte Sound,
Central Coast and west coast Vancouver Island. These winds will
persist for the remainder of the day.
Another frontal system will cross the northern waters today,
spreading gales into northern and central waters throughout the day.
