Marine Weather StatementIssued 3:58 PM PDT 16 August 2025 A low pressure system north of Haida Gwaii will continue to weaken and move northwest. Gale force southwesterlies over Northern Hecate and Dixon Entrance will ease this evening as the low moves off.
Also, a waterspout watch is in effect for central waters as well As most of the North Coast. The risk of waterspouts is expected to persist for northern waters on Sunday.
