Marine District.
By 3:30 p.m. NDT Tuesday low 993 mb located east of the Marine
District.
At 8:00 p.m. NDT tonight quasi-stationary high located near the
Gaspe Peninsula.
Marine Weather Statement
Issued 7:36 PM NDT 13 October 2025 A low pressure system will meander east of the marine district for
the next couple of days. Meanwhile, a strong area of high pressure
will remain nearly stationary near the Gaspé Peninsula. Strong to
gale force northwesterlies will persist tonight and Tuesday over
eastern waters between these features.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Belle Isle Bank - eastern half, Funk Island Bank, and Northern Grand
Banks.
