the first time this season.

* WHERE...Eastern Inyo County including Tecopa and Shoshone.

* WHEN...From late Monday night through Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
